Who you gonna call?

There are three kinds of technology experts out there. Each one has their strengths & weaknesses and are appropriate for different situations. Knowing who to call on will save you time, money, and aggravation.

tech circlesTech Specialists have spent their careers becoming deep experts in a field of technology. Among tech specialists you’ll find technicians, analysts, programmers, software gurus, and many more. If you have a problem with a device or software, they are the ones you need.

Tech Instructors are deep experts also. But instructors have the additional skill of being a great communicator. They are able to take complex tech jargon and concepts and express them plainly in their normal language. If you need to understand or know how to use a technology, they are the person to ask.

Technologists are tech experts who have a broad knowledge of many technologies. They know how different technologies can (or cannot) work together and how they can fit into your existing life. When you have a problem that affects how you live or work, they are the ones to turn to.

Tech specialists fix problems. Tech instructors explain problems. Technologists solve problems.

Each tech type can help with a different problem. Answer the question below to determine who you should call.
