Cancellation Policy
Session Policies Booking Availability: Sessions can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance. Please ensure you select the correct service and time slot. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session starts. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Refunds for sessions after 24 hours before the session starts will only be provided if the session is cancelled by Life’s Digital Bits. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without providing any notice, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the service minus any deposits. Late Arrivals: To ensure a productive session, please respect the allotted time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate scheduled appointments. You will still be charged the full amount of the service. Technology Trouble: Log into the session at least 5 minutes before the session starts to check for technology issues. If you have any technical difficulties, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
